For years, I rushed through life trying to please everyone while ignoring my own needs. My body took a stand, manifesting a skin condition that forced me to stop and listen. Through this journey, I learned that my body was demanding I slow down, honor my needs, and prioritize my well-being. It became my wake-up callâa reminder to return to presence and take space for myself.
